    We liked:

We had a good time at this campsite. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly and speak Enlgish. The pool is nice and not too cold. The bread is of good quality, although a bit pricey. The people that come to this campsite are generally friendly, easy going and respect the campsite and the environment. There were some nice acitivities for children in the late afternoon/evening.

    We did not like:

When cleaning the toilets, they close them down completely for quite a long time.
The wifi is useless beacause it is terribly slow (at best 10 mbps/s).
5 euro for the washingmachine seems a bit steep.
Some sun blocking umbrella's at the pool would be a nice addition.
The hot water didn't always work.
    There aren't any toiletseats.

    We liked:

Very nice site. Staff very friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers alway very clean. Showers always had hot water.

    We did not like:

Better drainage for some of the pitches. Infrequent buses and bus stop over a kilometre away. Wanted to visit Grenoble by bus but it proved too difficult to get there and back and have a reasonable amount of time in Grenoble.

Fantastic campsite - just as good as we remembered having visited 5 years ago with our children. A little trip down memory lane and our visit was perfect. Friendly staff, fantastic pitch and great fondue ??. Thank you!

A great site, with great facilities, views and lots of local places to hike and cycle. St Pierre de Chartreuse is pleasant town with good small supermarket & boulangerie. The pool was great !

    De Martinière

The family-friendly and welcoming Martinière campsite in the countryside really shows the authenticity and charm of the region. The wooden chalets were built by the owners themselves. Each camping pitch is spacious and shaded. A priority of this 3-star campsite is to show its guests the talents of local businesses during their stay. The “Atelier” restaurant offers local products and the campsite is committed to offering services and facilities which respect the environment. Heated swimming pool and library on-site.
